Founded in 1991 under the visionary leadership of Mr. Poraman Pichitwattana, Erawan Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. embarked on its journey to become a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Electrical and Telecommunication wires and cables. With an initial capital investment of 180 million baht, the company set a strong foundation for a legacy defined by innovation, excellence, and success.

2000 – Expanded production of telecommunication cable in the production line and started to supply to TOT Public Company Limited and CAT Telecom Public Co., Ltd.

2001 – Started the auction with Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).

2010 – Added Optical fiber cable to the production lines and started manufacturing of optical fiber cable to deliver to TOT Public Company Limited and CAT Telecom Public Co., Ltd.

2011 – Expanded the XL PE insulation to the production lines and supplied to Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) and Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).

2013 – Changed the TIS 11-2531 to TIS 11-2553 according to the Thai Industrial Standards.

2014 – Started a new factory for underground high voltage XLPE insulation (1 kV to 35 kV) cable and high voltage test laboratory project.

2016 – Received TIS 2143-2546 Certificate for underground high voltage XLPE insulation (1 kV to 35 kV) cable from Thai Industrial Standards.
