Our Story
Established in 1991 under the visionary leadership of Mr. Poraman Pichitwattana, Erawan Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. was founded with a commitment to deliver reliable and high-quality electrical and telecommunication cables to the market. With an initial capital investment of 300 million baht, the company laid a strong foundation for sustainable growth built upon innovation, engineering excellence, and customer trust.
Our manufacturing operations combine advanced production technologies with rigorous quality assurance systems, ensuring that every meter of cable consistently meets or exceeds both national and international standards.

Growth & Expansion
Three decades of continuous investment in production capability, certification and partnerships with Thailand’s leading utilities and telecom operators.
Erawan Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. established as a manufacturer and distributor of electrical and telecommunication wires and cables, with 300 million baht in registered capital.
Expanded production into telecommunication cables and began supplying to TOT Public Company Limited and CAT Telecom Public Company Limited.
Started participating in procurement auctions with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).
Added optical fiber cable manufacturing to the production line and began supplying to TOT and CAT Telecom.
Introduced XLPE insulation production and began supplying power cables to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) and Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).
Upgraded products to comply with the updated Thai Industrial Standard TIS 11-2553.
Established a new factory for underground high-voltage XLPE cables (1 kV – 35 kV) and launched a high-voltage testing laboratory.
Received TIS 2143-2567 certification for power cables with extruded insulation (1 kV – 35 kV).
Delivered 150 km of underground 12/20 kV power cables to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).
Established a new aluminium furnace facility for wire and cable production, including aluminium rod manufacturing, and received TIS 2341-2555 and TIS 293-2541 certifications.
Received TIS 11 Part 101-2559 certification and supplied Spaced Aerial Cables (SAC) rated at 25 kV and 35 kV to MEA and PEA.
